every commercial take a drink of water. That’s one way to stay hydrated!

Commit to 30 minutes of physical activity daily, whether it’s walking,
yoga, or strength training. If not 30 minutes – perhaps 15 minutes every
day.

mindfulness or meditation to reduce stress.
- Keep

boundaries to ensure you have time for self-care.

- Establish a consistent sleep schedule,
going to bed and waking up at the same time daily.
