100 grams of raw peanuts consists of a whopping 25 grams of protein. Almonds consist of 21 grams of protein while Walnuts 15 grams. All are great options for a healthy snack. But if you want the best boost of protein and energy, peanuts are great!

Botanically, the banana is a berry as it is produced by several kinds of large herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa. Surprisingly, a strawberry is not scientifically a berry as it forms from a flower that has many ovaries. This makes it a complex fruit rather than a 'simple' fruit.
