Are you at RISK for the FLU?

Things that can be putting you at RISK for the Flu



  • ·        Putting your purse on the floor





  • ·        Keeping toothbrushes too close together, best to cover the brush



  • ·        Forgetting to wash full hands, including the thumbs


  • ·        Wearing your shoes indoor/ inside the house







  • ·        Forgetting to disinfect all handles in the kitchen, bathroom, and doorknobs, wipes down telephones, etc.…








  • ·        Waiting too long to change bed linen [experts to say weekly]



     

  • ·        Eating probiotic foods like yogurt that fights the flu
  • ·        Eating food like berries and dark berries that helps to strengthen your immune system
  • ·        Using your telephone in the bathroom

  • ·        And last but not least, remember to get a flu shot
