Drink H20/ water – 64 oz. per day, not only a good regiment but it’s an excellent habit.

Gratitude practice it!

Think of one thing you are grateful for each day, even better if you write it down in a journal and reflect on it for a few minutes.

Dry skin

During the winter months so let’s start with moisturizer- your hands especially get tried out from repeated washing. Use lotion or cream after washing. It helps to seal in natural oils.

Cover up - protective skin from the cold and dry air when heading outdoors, wearing gloves and mittens and even scarves and hats.

All are essential to keeping you warm and your skin moist.

Focus on good nutrition, your diet plays an important part in your skin. Health foods that are high and healthy for us - can wreak havoc on your body, Therefore, drink lots of water and eat food's high in Omega-3 acids like a salmon, shrimps, walnuts, kidney beans, as well as some high in antioxidants like it beans, nuts, berries, and dark leafy vegetables.

Don't forget sunscreen, the sun in the winter sun can be much stronger at times than during the summer so make sure when you're out there more than 20 minutes that you're using an SF an SPF 30 or higher sunscreen. On the exposed parts of your bod.

Exercise is always important. Getting into a regiment helps to build and maintain muscles when we check with your physician first and determine what it should be doing and not doing it all helps!
